Life at the cottage!

I have taken some random pictures of the cottage and the goings on of the kids. They loved playing on the raft and paddling around the bay. The Bras D'Or lake is a salt water lake and there have been star fish and the biggest surprise has been the jelly fish which have made the swimming here at the cottage not as enjoyable. But today we headed to the wee island where the lighthouse I'd to frolic in the water and enjoy some beach time. It was a beautiful sunny day and we decided to enjoy it as most of the group leaves tomorrow. Mom, MacLean and I will be in Sydney and Halifax until Friday.
We also found a quaint little store run by a wonderful man named Kevin and we purchased some lovely items from him and his store is called Two Buoys! Best store in Baddeck! This is a picture of one of the jelly fish they fondly named "cracking" and the other was named "cracker". It was so funny to watch them with the jelly's. This car was covered in a quilt to advertise a craft show at on of the churches.
