Easter 2010!

We were lucky enough to spend Easter with our close friends who we consider to be our second family. We headed in with Scout on his first overnight and he did really well. MacLean is a wonderful "owner" and caregiver to our wee fella. We had such a nice time and although I was up early before 6 am. with him this morning the kids enjoyed an easter egg hunt and baskets brought to them from the Easter bunny. We spent time watching them and laughing at the joy and excitement as they opened their baskets to see books, pencils, soap, treats and a journal. It was fun. We had a wonderful breakfast and then it was off to Church with the family. It was so nice to see Lianne's parents and spend time with them today at church and then out for dinner at the Aberfoyle Mill. What a wonderful way to spend an Easter that would have been much more lonely if it wasn't for our good friends. Thanks for letting us share in this joyful day.
