Sunday with Scout!
Today was a much better day. Yesterday he had the runs as we were changing his food and it was a rough day. We were both up numerous times and the poor wee guy had a couple of messy accidents in the house. He has learned to go and sit by the front door and that is our cue to take him out. He loves, loves being outside and carries around these huge sticks. It is so funny to see this wee 5 pound boy carrying these big sticks. You will see in the pictures. MacLean had invited a couple of friends over for the afternoon for a puppy party. Both her friends came bearing gifts which was very sweet and they had a great time walking Scout, painting eggs, chatting and playing Would You Rather! It was fun to listen to them giggle and laugh while I watched the NCAA basketball in the living room. The girls were so much fun and seemed to really enjoy playing with Scout. Emma has a dog and has given MacLean lots of tips and even leant her a book. Gillian loves dogs but doesn't have one at her home. The girls were here until 4:15 and then Scout fell asleep on the couch and so did MacLean!
Busy first weekend with puppy and it went so very well.

Elsie enjoyed seeing the girls! Hang a jingle bell on a ribbon on the door handle. The bell should be within Scout's reach. Jingle it every time Scout goes out. Oliver has one one the front door and one on the back...he loves to ring it...especially if he hears his friends barking outside! I have lots of advice for you if you need it...it's very fresh in my head! lol
