Tobermory!

Wow we drove all the way up to Tobermory which was just under a two hour drive. What a beautiful drive and a glorious place. We really wanted to do a cruise to see Flowerpot island which is an amazing rock formation that sticks out of the water. But unfortunately we didn't get there early enough to get tickets. so we spent time at a wonderful fish and chips restaurant, then went shopping in the little shops. After that we went to the visitors centre which was amazing and we watched a wonderful little movie on the park. We took a trip to the observation tower which was very high and a bit wobbly. My legs were shaking. We then ventured off on a 20 minute hike down to the water and the kids climbed and explored the rocks. It was amazing. We had a wonderful day and got back to the cottage and I made dinner. We ate by about 8 pm. What an amazing day!
