The snake at the cottage!

We were told that there was a lovely garter snake living under the patio near the bunkie cottage. The kids were amazed and fascinated by this snake. They could often see part of the snake under the patio. We eventually saw the whole snake and his family but not after they were tortured by the girls banging on the deck with crochet mallets. No pain was inflicted on the snake! Here is a great picture of the kids watching for the snake.
